My 10 yr old insisted on going here after attending a birthday party. I was completely underwhelmed -- the prices were steep as I expected but the wait time was long and the drinks were mostly sugar water. The music was loud and obnoxious. Won't be back.

These people are irresponsible when it comes to taking orders, making them exactly as the customer wants, and they're sloppy when preparing their drinks and coffee. I hope they improve and start serving customers properly. I bought a coffee and they mixed it with water, and they refused to replace it or give me a refund. This company is a complete rip-off. I hope they resolve these situations with other customers.

10/10 Definitely recommend! My boyfriend and I are obsessed with boba and we’re looking for a good boba spot and this one has been by far one of the best in ep! Not only is the boba and the cakes amazing but the employees and atmosphere are beyond amazing! It reminds me of those in Seattle! There costumer service is by far the best in El Paso! There was a misunderstanding when placing my order. I love milk tea but I accidentally ordered just tea . Once they called my order number I was expecting a Oolong milk tea ,so I asked the employee if it was the correct tea since I was expecting a milk tea and she reassured me it was what I ordered .I quickly realized it was my mistake since I did order just tea so I wanted to reorder a milk tea but the employee was quick to make me a milk tea at no extra charge although it was my mistake. I ordered a Oolong tea, Strawberry Overload,Crème Brûlée Dirty Boba, with a sea salt pearl and taro chocolate cake and they were all amazing ! Huge thank you to the sweet employee !

AMAZING! The boba, the drink itself, the dessert….I love this place! The presentation, the flavors, the vibe will definitely keep me coming back. My favs so far are the matcha love and the dirty boba. Had the Vietnamese coffee bc it was my go to in Germany but theirs had no condensed milk which then made the coffee taste like a reg iced coffee. By far my most favorite boba place here, go go go!! 🧋💸💗🥮
